Bauma CHINA 2024 (Shanghai International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Mining Machines, Construction Vehicles and Equipment) was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This Construction Machinery industry benchmark event, which was held after a four-year hiatus, achieved record-breaking results in terms of exhibition area, exhibitors, and visitor numbers, highlighting its pivotal platform status in the Asia-Pacific region and showcasing cutting-edge breakthroughs and innovative achievements in the field of construction machinery. The four-day exhibition was a grand event, with the total exhibition area of Bauma CHINA 2024 breaking through 330,000 square meters. The fair brought together 3,542 exhibitors from 32 countries and regions, a 24% increase compared to the previous edition, with as many as 700 international brands. It attracted 281,488 professional visitors from 188 countries and regions for business negotiations and procurement, with overseas visitors accounting for more than 20%. The top ten countries for overseas visitors were Russia, India, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Brazil, and Japan.
