There is no need to reconstruct the vehicle body structure, resulting in low retrofit costs, short turnaround times, and uncompromised performance.
Before the conversion, the Top-Auto team, referencing OEM whole-vehicle testing procedures, develops a detailed test plan for each machine, comprising more than 60 test items. These cover the performance indicators that customers care about most—such as boom movement smoothness, operating speed, travel speed, and gradeability—and a comprehensive functional test is conducted to form the vehicle acceptance standard.
After the conversion, a functional inspection is carried out strictly in accordance with the acceptance standards to ensure that the vehicle’s functions and performance remain consistent with the original machine.
